No. Amity University Noida, Sharda, Galgotias and Bennett are Uttar Pradesh universities, so if State authentication is demanded it goes to Uttar Pradesh. The Notary, SDM, MEA and embassy stages still happen in Delhi for you, exactly as for a Delhi resident. Only the State step, if needed, is different.
How quickly can a Delhi file be completed?
Faster than from any other city, because no stage involves couriering between States. An apostille-only file on the SDM route is the quickest; embassy legalisation adds the mission's own processing time, which varies by country and is outside anybody's control. My job is in Dubai. Is an apostille enough?
No. The UAE is outside the Hague Convention, so the degree needs MEA attestation followed by legalisation at the UAE embassy. The advantage in Delhi is that the embassy is in Chanakyapuri, so the document never leaves the city. Saudi Arabia is the opposite case, having joined the convention in December 2022.
Can my brother or a colleague submit the degree for me?
