Why an MS degree is apostilled or attested
In Indian medicine, MS means Master of Surgery: the postgraduate qualification of general surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, ENT surgeons and others. Surgeons applying for specialist posts abroad need the MS degree legalised along with the MBBS and registration.

How do I get my MS degree apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs?
First the original MS degree is attested by a notary in New Delhi. The SDM office in New Delhi then verifies the notary, and the MEA fixes the apostille sticker on the back. You can courier the original to us; we complete all three steps and courier it back.
What are the charges for MS degree certificate apostille?

Apostille or attestation: which one does my MS degree need?
Look at the destination. If it is a Hague Convention member (for example Saudi Arabia, Oman, Italy, Germany, Japan or Australia), the apostille is enough. If it is the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait or China, the MS degree needs attestation and the embassy stamp.
Can an MS degree be apostilled for Saudi Arabia?
