Expect to send the nursing degree, the transcripts and usually the council registration certificate. Saudi Arabia is different, having joined the convention in December 2022, so an apostille works there.

Read the certificate. KGMU awards its own degrees to students who studied at King George's. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University awards for the other government medical and nursing colleges of the State. Verification goes to whichever is printed on the document, and they are separate universities with separate registrars.
My Integral or BBD University degree is from a private university. Any difference?
The legalisation route is identical. What differs is that foreign credential evaluators write to private universities directly more often than they do to State ones, so keep the registrar's email and phone number with your file and warn the university that a query may come.
An agent has taken my original certificates. Is that normal?
No, and you should not let it pass. Anyone holding your certificates should have given you a receipt naming each one. We issue that receipt for every file, whether you walk into the Delhi office or post the envelope, and we send you a scan of the finished degree before it leaves us.
Who does the State HRD part, you or me?
You do. We are not an agent of any State department and we do not lodge files with them or with universities. What we run is the Delhi side: Notary, SDM, the Ministry of External Affairs, and the embassy where one is needed.
