What matters for a PCC from Raipur

Raipur has a passport office. Why must my PCC go to Delhi?
RPO Raipur issues the PCC, but only the MEA can apostille it, and that is done in Delhi. You do not need to travel: courier the original PCC with a passport copy to our office in New Ashok Nagar, and we return it to you by Blue Dart.
What will I pay for a PCC apostille in Raipur?

My PCC is from a police station in Abhanpur. What is the process?

Will you book or follow up my PCC at PSK Raipur?

Do I need an apostille for a PCC going to Egypt or Qatar?
No. Egypt and Qatar are not Apostille Convention members, so the PCC needs MEA attestation and then embassy legalisation; Kuwait is the same. For the UAE, a PCC needs MEA attestation followed by online UAE Embassy legalisation, without UAE MOFA attestation.
My wife is in Raipur and I am abroad. Can she send my PCC?
