translation
Vietnamese translation services at INFINITYGRO cover English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English for company registrations, contracts, product registration files, work-permit papers and civil records. Vietnamese relies on tone marks – one missing accent changes a word – so every page is checked by a second linguist. Vietnam is not an apostille country, so Indian originals follow the legalisation route.

Why Vietnamese translation needs extra care
- Six tones. “ma”, “má”, “mà” and “mã” are different words – accents are never dropped.
- Name order. Family name first, given name last; the English layout makes this clear.
- Company names. The Vietnamese registered name is kept with its official English name.
- Numbers. Vietnamese uses dots for thousands and commas for decimals – amounts are converted carefully.
- Seals. Contracts are valid only with the red company seal; we note each one.
Indian pharmaceutical, textile and engineering exporters are the main users of our Vietnamese translation services, typically for registration dossiers and distributor agreements. Our Vietnamese translation services also help Indian professionals assemble work-permit files with consistent names and dates.
Vietnam’s investment and enterprise rules were overhauled in recent years, and registration certificates now follow newer templates. When you send an older licence, we translate it exactly as issued rather than mapping it onto the current format. For pharmaceutical exporters, the Drug Administration of Vietnam reviews dossiers closely, so product names, strengths and pack sizes are kept identical to your Indian registration documents across every page.
Where it is usedWhere Vietnamese translation services are used
Common requirements:
| Country / office | What they usually ask for |
|---|---|
| Vietnamese authorities – investment, licences | Vietnamese translations, often notarised in Vietnam; Indian originals legalised by MEA and the Vietnamese embassy. |
| Vietnamese buyers and partners | Contracts, catalogues and certificates in Vietnamese. |
| Work permits in Vietnam | Translated degrees and experience letters with legalised originals. |
| Indian companies and banks | Vietnamese supplier documents in English. |
| Indian courts and offices | Vietnamese civil records in English, certified. |
Plain, certified or notarised Vietnamese translation?
| Level | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Plain | The translated text, laid out like the original. |
| Certified | Translation plus the translator's signed declaration of accuracy and our seal. |
| Notarised | The certified translation with the declaration attested by a notary. |
| With apostille | The translation taken through Notary, SDM and MEA – or embassy attestation. |
Vietnam is not a member of the Apostille Convention, so Indian documents usually need MEA attestation and Vietnamese embassy legalisation. Our Vietnamese translation services can be combined with that route.

Do you translate English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English?
Yes. Our Vietnamese translation services cover both directions.
Does Vietnam accept the apostille?

Can you translate pharmaceutical registration files?
Yes, with consistent technical terminology.
How are Vietnamese names written in English?
Family name first, as on Vietnamese records, clearly marked.
Can you translate a Vietnamese business licence?
Yes, including registered name, capital and legal representative details.
Are scans enough?
Yes for translation; originals only for legalisation.
