What we get right in Spanish translation
- Two surnames. Spanish documents use two apellidos; we never shorten or reorder them, and we do not invent a second surname for Indian names.
- Spain vs Latin America. Vocabulary differs (ordenador vs computadora, vosotros vs ustedes) – we write for the country that will read it.
- Accents and ñ. Peña is not Pena; every tilde and accent is checked against the source.
- Dates. Day-month-year with the month written in words, so 04/05 cannot be misread.
- Seals and margins. Stamps, signatures and handwritten notes are described in brackets, never silently dropped.

An apostille proves the signature on the Indian document; it does not make a translation “sworn” in Spain. If your Spanish office names a traductor jurado, we point you to that route instead of selling you a translation that will be refused.

Yes. Our Spanish translation services work in both directions, for personal, academic, legal and business documents.
Will Spain accept a translation made in India?
Many Spanish authorities ask for a sworn translation (traducción jurada) by a translator appointed in Spain. Some consulates, universities and employers accept a certified translation. Ask the office first – we help you check.
Can you translate for Mexico or other Latin American countries?
Yes. We use neutral Latin American Spanish unless you ask for a specific country, and the Indian original can be apostilled for use there.
Can the Spanish translation be apostilled?
Yes. The translation with its notarised declaration can go through Notary, SDM and MEA together with your certificate.
Do I need to send the original?
No – a clear scan is enough for translation. Originals are needed only if the documents also go for apostille.
Can I collect the translation from your office?
Yes, from New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. Otherwise we send it by Blue Dart or another tracked courier.
