translation
Arabic translation services at INFINITYGRO cover English to Arabic and Arabic to English for personal certificates, employment papers, commercial documents and legal records. We also attest the original through MEA and the embassy. One honest caution: some Gulf ministries and courts accept only translations by a translator licensed in their own country – check with your sponsor before ordering.

What makes Arabic translation different
- Right-to-left layout. Tables, signatures and stamp positions are mirrored so the Arabic page reads naturally.
- Names. Mohammed, Muhammad or Mohd? We follow your passport and keep the same Arabic spelling in every document of the file.
- Hijri and Gregorian dates. Saudi and other Gulf documents may carry Hijri dates – we convert and show both.
- Numerals. Eastern Arabic and Western digits are cross-checked so amounts and ID numbers never change.
- Formal terms. Kinship words (bin, bint), titles and legal phrases are rendered in their accepted meaning.
Most requests for our Arabic translation services come from families completing Gulf residence visas and from exporters whose buyers need Arabic labels or invoices. Because we also run the attestation desk, our Arabic translation services can travel through MEA and the embassy with the original in a single file.
Arabic documents coming the other way – a marriage contract signed in Dubai or a Saudi labour settlement – are translated into English for Indian courts, banks and passport offices.
Where it is usedWhere Arabic translation services from India are used
Each authority sets its own rule – these are the usual patterns:
| Country / office | What they usually ask for |
|---|---|
| UAE – ministries, courts, free zones | Often a legal translation by a translator licensed in the UAE; employers may accept ours. Original needs MEA + UAE embassy attestation. |
| Saudi Arabia | Translation by a licensed office in Saudi Arabia is common for official use. The Indian original can carry an MEA apostille. |
| Qatar, Kuwait | Arabic translation as the sponsor requests; originals need MEA and embassy attestation. |
| Oman, Bahrain | Certified translation as requested; originals can be apostilled. |
| Gulf buyers and customs | Bilingual invoices, certificates of origin and labels in Arabic – usually accepted as certified. |
Plain, certified or notarised Arabic translation?
| Level | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Plain | Text only – useful for reading or a first check. |
| Certified | Declaration of accuracy, translator signature and company seal on every set. |
| Notarised | Same as certified, plus notary attestation of the declaration. |
| With apostille | Apostille or embassy attestation applied to the translation itself. |
UAE, Qatar and Kuwait need MEA attestation followed by the embassy stamp; Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain accept the MEA apostille. Our Arabic translation services can be combined with either route in the same file.
